1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Territory Marker mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

Territory Marker grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business territory-tracking purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of any data you create within the App, including pins, tags, street markings, and notes. By using the App you grant Territory Marker permission to store this data securely on our servers solely for the purpose of providing the service.

4. Acceptable Use

• You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code.
• You will not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the App.
• You will not use the App to harass, stalk, or harm any individual.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Full Access subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Cancellations are handled through your platform's subscription settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Territory Marker does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or that the App will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Territory Marker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
