Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Territory Marker. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscriptions & Payment

The App offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions with a free trial for new subscribers.
When you select a subscription plan and confirm via your Apple ID account, your free trial will begin immediately.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account only after the trial period ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
After payment is charged, your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate you selected (monthly or yearly).
No refunds are provided for unused portions of an active billing period once payment has been processed.
Pricing and terms are subject to change, and continued use of the App after updates means you accept any revised pricing or terms.

You may use the App solely for lawful purposes related to canvassing, door-to-door sales, or legitimate territory marking activities.
You agree not to use the App for illegal solicitation, harassment, or any activities that violate local laws and regulations.

You are responsible for all information you input or upload to the App.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of mapping data or marked territories. The App is provided “as is” without warranties.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
You may stop using the App at any time and manage or cancel your subscription via Apple ID account settings.

We are not liable for any loss of data, inaccuracies in mapping, missed visits, or damages resulting from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will post the revised Terms within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept them.
