Territory Marker is built with your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: Email address used for sign-in.
- App data: Pins, tags, street markings, saved streets, and any custom content you create in the App.
- Device data: Anonymous usage analytics (crash reports, feature usage) to help us improve the App.
- Location data: Used only to display your position on the map within the App. Location is not stored on our servers unless you explicitly drop a pin or mark a street.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide the Territory Marker service: syncing your saved data across devices, processing subscriptions, and improving the App's reliability. We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security practices to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
4. Third-Party Services
The App relies on the following third-party services: Apple App Store, Google Play Store (subscription billing), Apple Maps and Google Maps (map tiles and location services). These services have their own privacy policies which govern data they collect directly.
5. Your Rights
- You may request a copy of your data at any time.
- You may delete your account, which permanently erases all associated data within 30 days.
- You may opt out of analytics in the App's settings.
6. Children's Privacy
Territory Marker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the App or by email.
